Maricopa County Search and Rescue Communications
SAR-Comm.org provides communications for emergency Search and Rescue (SAR) and other events in and around Maricopa County, Arizona. Our organization is comprised of trained and certified volunteer SAR communicators with the talent and expertise to make SAR communications successful. We also have been known since 1994 as the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office Communications Posse.

Our mission is simply stated:
To provide high quality emergency communications in service to the public.
Our vision:
To be recognized and respected as the best volunteer emergency communications organization in Arizona.
Our values:
- We maintain our equipment and expertise through constant training.
- We accomplish the previous by participation in public service events as well as Sheriff's Office training and emergency response.
- We never use the group's compensation or resources for personal gain.
- We always act with the highest ethics when representing the group.
- Service to others always ranks above fame or fortune.
